Hello Everyone:

Diane usually writes the info for our Trance Dance gathering but I thought it was time for me to share my voice and deepest truths about our dances.

First, here are the dates for the rest of the year's Trance Dances.

Dates: October 7 and 28th

            November 11

            December 9th

Time: 7:30PM-9:30PM (Please register --space is limited)

Where: 2466 No. Jerusalem Road, Bellmore, NY 11710

Cost:$20.00

Diane and I have cultivated this practice in our daily lives and we want to expand into a community that comes together to move.....To DANCE!

 D J Therapy, as we lovingly call Diane, "spins" quite an eclectic mix, sure to inspire you on your inner journey. For the next couple of hours you are free to explore and embody through movement and sound what is really going on in the moment. Surprise yourself. Free yourself and most importantly Take Care of Yourself.

Native peoples of all cultures have renewed, celebrated, grieved and rejoiced together in DANCE.

Unstructured movement combined with the healing power of the group experience has been transformational to me in my life. Moving authentically in a room full of people has changed the way I move in the world. I feel expanded by this experience ....and am more present in my life.

We are looking forward to Dancing with you at our gatherings.
